Roots

The Youth Grange is a grassroots, non-government-funded organization that brings together families and volunteers to provide a rich learning environment for youth. Since our inception, we've been committed to teaching practical skills and leadership through programs like cattle and sheep rearing, gardening, cooking, and metal fabrication. Our members take their projects from inception to the local El Dorado County Fair, competing and showcasing their hard-earned results. Every month, our engaged youth take charge of meetings, helping plan the many community-building activities we host throughout the year. At the Youth Grange, we do more than raise projects; we cultivate future leaders and active citizens.
